The Artist
Green room and dressing room coffee built around the hospitality rider. Specific drinks, milk alternatives, decaf, and exact timing. If it's on the rider, we plan for it.
Concert Hospitality
Espresso for the artist, the touring crew, and everyone working the show. Phase 2 runs a full barista bar backstage at Kansas City concert venues, built around your production schedule from load-in to doors.
Why Venues Bring Us Backstage
A touring crew rolls into Kansas City after an overnight drive and starts loading in before most of the city is awake. The artist spends the whole day inside a building they've never seen before. What they remember about your venue isn't the loading dock. It's how they were taken care of.
That's the job. We put a real espresso bar backstage, with every drink made to order by trained baristas, so the crew gets a proper latte at load-in and the artist gets exactly what's on the rider. We treat every artist and crew member like a guest, and we get in, set up, and get out clean. When the people on tour are taken care of, they talk about it on the road, and they want to come back. That's why venues and promoters bring us in.
Who We Take Care Of
Green room and dressing room coffee built around the hospitality rider. Specific drinks, milk alternatives, decaf, and exact timing. If it's on the rider, we plan for it.
Riggers, stagehands, audio, lighting, and production start early and work long. The coffee is ready when they walk in the dock door, not an hour into load-in.
The people running your building work the longest day of anyone. Coffee for the production office, box office, security, and hospitality keeps the whole team sharp through doors and load-out.
Suites, meet-and-greets, and hospitality lounges get the same made-to-order espresso, with custom branded cups and cart wraps available for sponsors.
How Show Day Works
Cart set up and pouring for the crew when the dock opens.
Artist and band service in the green room, on their timing.
VIP, suite, and hospitality service as guests arrive.
Staff and crew service through the night, so nobody runs on empty.
Before every show, our event director confirms dock access, credentials, where the cart can set up, and the full day's timeline with your production or hospitality lead. Our team works quietly, stays out of the way, and respects every confidentiality agreement the venue or tour requires.
Kansas City Venues
We've poured backstage at T-Mobile Center, Kansas City's 18,500-seat downtown arena, and at Morton Amphitheater in Riverside, the metro's newest outdoor venue, with 12,000 covered seats and a 4,000-person lawn.
We're ready to partner with every stage in Kansas City: the Midland, the 1927 landmark on Main Street; the Uptown Theater in Midtown, with room for 2,400; The Truman in the East Crossroads, a 1,200-capacity room that books national tours; and Starlight Theatre, the 8,000-seat outdoor venue in Swope Park. Arena, amphitheater, or theater, the crew and the artist get the same service.
