Oracle Health, formerly Cerner, runs its world headquarters campus on Rockcreek Parkway, and North Kansas City Hospital, a Magnet-designated hospital with 451 licensed beds, anchors a 72-acre medical campus. Northland Logistics

The Northland is building data centers. We plan for it.

The Northland is one of the fastest-changing parts of the metro. Meta's campus is running at Golden Plains Technology Park, Google's Project Mica is planned about a mile away at Rocky Branch Creek, and more data center campuses are lined up along U.S. 169 and I-435. Closer in, North Kansas City packs a hospital campus, a corporate headquarters campus, a casino, and a downtown into one small city.

Every one of those is good for the Northland. All of them mean the route to your building this quarter isn't the route that worked last quarter.

That's where vendors lose time up north. They plan the drive once, they don't know the site, and they show up at a secured data center campus without a badge list, or at a hospital without knowing which entrance is theirs. Our event director confirms security check-in, parking, and building access before every Northland booking and builds extra time into load-in.
