The Chiefs' new $300 million headquarters and training facility is planned for a 165-acre site at College Boulevard and Ridgeview Road, with restaurants and hotels around it. Halo Ridge, a $320 million accessible entertainment district, is going up at 119th Street and Renner Boulevard. Downtown, City Hall is adding a new parking garage next to the Johnson County Square.
