Overland Park is remaking itself in real time. The 69Express lanes opened on U.S. 69 in February 2026, with entry and exit only at 103rd Street, Blue Valley Parkway, and 151st Street. College Boulevard is in the middle of a generational rebuild: Black & Veatch's $1.1 billion headquarters redevelopment, new plans for Corporate Woods, and City Hall moving onto the corridor.
