How much does a coffee cart rental cost in Kansas City?

Phase 2 coffee cart rental starts at $900 for one hour of service in the Kansas City metro area. Pricing scales based on event duration, guest count, number of carts, and any branded add-ons like custom cups or latte art printing. Is a barista included with the rental?

Yes — always. Phase 2 is a full-service operation. Every booking includes a professional trained barista, all equipment, all ingredients, setup, and breakdown. We don't rent equipment without a barista — the experience requires both.

How many guests can you serve?

Each cart serves 50-60 guests per hour. With our three-cart operation we can handle up to 180 guests per hour simultaneously — making Phase 2 the highest-capacity mobile coffee operation in Kansas City.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend 4-6 weeks for most events. For weddings, 3-6 months. For events requiring custom branding (cart wraps, branded cups), allow at least 4 weeks for production. We accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows — reach out and we'll let you know what we have open.
