No — Phase 2 operates on an all-inclusive model. The entire experience is covered upfront by the event organizer. Your team simply walks up and orders. No transactions, no awkward moments, just a premium hospitality experience.
Each cart serves 50-60 guests per hour. With our three-cart operation we can handle up to 180 guests per hour simultaneously — making us Kansas City's most capable mobile coffee operation for large corporate events. We'll recommend the right cart count based on your team size and event format.
Yes — our carts are fully mobile and can set up anywhere with access to a standard power outlet. We've served inside corporate offices, conference rooms, lobbies, rooftops, and parking lots across Kansas City. We coordinate directly with your facilities team on placement and power access.
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for corporate events. For large annual meetings or conferences, 2-3 months gives us time to handle any custom branding requirements. We do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows — reach out and we'll let you know what we have open.
