Downtown already runs on us.

Lockton on the west side. JE Dunn on Locust. Polsinelli in the Plaza district. The National Association of Insurance Commissioners on Walnut. Spring Venture Group at 12 Wyandotte Plaza. Five downtown organizations, all headquartered here, all on our calendar.

What they tell us back is always some version of the same thing: we're the vendor they don't have to manage. We show up early, we handle our own load-in, we run the line, and we break down clean. Nobody from their side has to leave the meeting to go find the coffee people.

Downtown is a construction zone. We plan for it.

Downtown Kansas City has been rebuilding itself for a decade and isn't finished. The streetcar's Main Street extension opened in October 2025, running from Union Station through the Crossroads to the Plaza. The riverfront extension followed, out to CPKC Stadium. The South Loop is capping I-670 into a four-block park in stages. Bridge work keeps rerouting traffic on and off the loop — the 18th Street reroutes run into 2027.

Every one of those is good for the city. All of them mean the route to your venue this quarter isn't the route that worked last quarter.

That's where vendors lose time downtown. They plan the drive once, they don't know the building, and the loading zone they counted on is a work zone. Our event director builds extra time into every downtown event and our team is used to adapting on the day — loading zone, garage, freight entrance, whatever the building actually has. It's the specific thing our downtown clients tell us they notice.

Your guests see a cart pouring at 8:00. They don't see the part where we left at 6:15 to make sure of it.

Where we set up downtown.

We set up across the Crossroads Arts District, Power & Light, Crown Center, River Market, the West Bottoms, Westport, Midtown, the Country Club Plaza, and the Kansas City Convention Center and T-Mobile Center.

We also serve North Kansas City, Kansas City KS, and the Johnson County suburbs — Overland Park, Leawood, Olathe, and Shawnee. Three carts means we can run simultaneous events on both sides of the state line the same day.
