Pricing is customized based on your guest count, hours of service, and any add-ons like custom signage, branded cups, or latte art printing. A single cart comfortably serves weddings of 100-150 guests over a multi-hour reception. For larger weddings, we can bring two or three carts to handle higher volume. We'll recommend the right setup based on your guest count and service window during the quoting process.

When during the wedding do you typically serve?

Most couples book us for cocktail hour, the reception, or late-night service — but we're flexible based on your timeline. We can also do rehearsal dinners and bridal showers. Tell us your event schedule when you fill out the quote form and we'll build the right service window for your day.

How far in advance should I book for my wedding?

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weddings. Peak wedding season in Kansas City (May-October, especially Saturdays) books quickly. The earlier you lock in your date, the better — especially if you want custom branding add-ons that require production lead time.

Do you work with our wedding venue coordinator?
